Rap Hub is used by school staff. Pupils don't have accounts, and we don't store pupils' names or details. The entry questionnaire stores class totals only.
Staff details. Your name, school email, role and when you last used Rap Hub. We use these to sign you in, to show your school's Rap Hub lead who holds the 14 places on the code, and to save your progress through the lessons.
Sign-in records. Each time you sign in or use Rap Hub, we record the time, a description of your device (for example "Chrome on Windows"), your IP address and the approximate town it points to. A school licence covers 14 named people, and we use these records to spot signs that one person's sign-in is being shared. They are deleted after 90 days.
Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Who we share data with. Our service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and files), Stripe (payments), Mux (video) and Resend (email).
